NIGHTS OF PLAY:
Women's Leagues will be played on Wednesday night
Co-ed Leagues will be played on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights
Men's Leagues will be offered Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights
All above Leagues subject to demand at registration
SANCTIONING BODIES:
USSSA Rules with the exprectations of the rules and regulations that are changed and or modified by the Irving Parks and Recreation Department (IPAR) as well as the ASAI.
The ASAI. handbook of playing rules will be available for coaches upon request.
LEAGUE FEE:
$350.00 8 Games with Playoffs for the Top 4 Teams in the Spring and Fall With No Playoffs in the Summer.
AWARDS:
Spring and Fall 1st, 2nd and 3rd and Summer 1st and 2nd
ROSTER:
Initial Rosters are required prior to the first game.
All roster information must be filled out according to the ASAI rules handbook.
Rosters must be printed on the official ASAI roster form which can be obtained during registration or from any ASAI Board member.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
All leagues will register on a first come first served basis on the night of registration and at the designated location only.
Make checks payable to ASAI. Only money orders, company or church checks will be accepted. No Personal Checks or Cash.
To register a team, a completed registration form will need to be filled out and turned in at the time and place of registration. The form is available from League officials or from the Parks and Recreation Department.
IMPORTANT:
1. Team classification may be changed at the discretion of the ASAI Board of Directors.
2. Refunds will not be made after a team registers.
3. Tickets will not be given out at registration.
4. Game schedules will not be faxed.
5. Game information will not be given out over the telephone.
